Ingredients

  • 4 skinless chicken thighs, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp Blazing Korean BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • Iceberg or butter lettuce leaves, for wrapping
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Fresh coriander, optional

Method

  1. Cook the chicken:
    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until nearly cooked through.
  2. Add vegetables and sauce:
    Stir in sesame oil and diced red pepper, cooking for 2 minutes. Add the Korean BBQ Sauce and mix well, cooking for a further 1 minute until everything is coated and heated through.
  3. Assemble the wraps:
    Spoon the chicken mixture into lettuce leaves. Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh coriander if desired.

Serving Suggestion

Serve as a vibrant starter or light main. For a more filling option, pair with steamed rice or soft wraps.
