At Blazing Limited, we believe in complete customer satisfaction. Our returns policy is designed to make the process straightforward while maintaining high service standards.

You have 10 days from receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at onlinesales@blazingltd.com.

If accepted, we will provide a return label and instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unopened and sealed (food safety regulations)
  • Products must be in satisfactory condition
  • Your statutory rights are not affected

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, food safety regulations, and the nature of our products, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or supplied in error:

  • Any items that have been opened, used, tampered with, or not stored in accordance with guidelines
  • Custom-made, personalised, or white-label products
  • Bundles, promotional packs, and discounted items
  • Clearance or sale items

For food safety and traceability reasons, we cannot accept returns based on taste preference, change of mind, or surplus stock.

All products must be inspected upon delivery, and any issues must be reported in accordance with our Damaged or Incorrect Goods section.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.
