Spicy Algerian Chicken Wraps with Blazing Algerian Sauce

These Algerian chicken wraps are inspired by the spicy, creamy wraps found across North African food trucks. Thanks to Blazing’s Algerian Sauce, you get depth of flavour, heat, and richness in one spoonful.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Blazing Algerian Sauce
- 2 tortilla wraps
- Shredded lettuce
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- Chips or fries, optional
- Extra Algerian sauce for drizzling
Method

Cook the chicken:
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken for 6 to 7 minutes until cooked through. Add the Algerian Sauce and stir until heated evenly. -
Assemble the wraps:
Warm the tortilla wraps, then layer with shredded lettuce, red onion, fries if using, and the hot chicken. Drizzle with extra sauce. -
Wrap and serve:
Roll tightly and serve immediately while hot.
