Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 nests of medium egg noodles
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp Blazing Szechuan Sauce or chilli garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Spring onions and sesame seeds, optional garnish
Method

Cook the noodles:
Boil the noodles according to packet instructions, usually 4 to 5 minutes. Drain and set aside. -
Stir fry the chicken:
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or pan. Add the chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until browned and fully cooked. -
Add vegetables and sauce:
Add the sliced onion, red pepper, and garlic. Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the Szechuan Sauce and soy sauce, then mix well. -
Combine with noodles:
Add the drained noodles and toss everything together over medium heat until evenly coated and piping hot. -
Serve:
Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds if desired.
